An average Nigerian parent wants to keep their kids busy all day either watching cartoons or playing with the tablet or any other mobile device.

 

This has been become a normal occurrence in most Nigerian homes, parents use the screen as a way of keeping their kids busy, while they focus on other things.

 

What are those things that matter to you most?

 

Agnes a mother of 3 says

“The only way I can keep my My kids ages 7, 5 and 3 , busy is by allowing them watch the television or play games on mobile devices. Then I can have my peace.”

 

Another Mother, Bekky says

Every age has it’s screen appropriate time

 

Children under 18 months are not expected to use a mobile device.

 

Screen appropriate time can be very helpful to both parents and their children.

 

There are other activities to keep your kids busy , while you still maintain your sanity.

 

Would you rather have your child disturb you or still think it’s necessary to keep these innocent children distracted by the use of mobile devices?

  2. You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get the hang of it!
